Copy data into next empty cell in new sheet

Hello,
I have designed a self-grading test. What I would like to do is have data (Name, Date & Score) saved on the next available row in a new sheet. So that when I clear the info from the test page & someone new takes the test, the old & the new data will be saved. Can I do this fairly easily?

In Sheet 1 I have the answer key, whether the answer was correct or not & the score in a %
In Sheet 2 I have the test itself (at the top is Name: last name, first name & middle initial - Date - test questions & spaces for answers)
In Sheet 3 I would like to have a running list of who takes the test, date taken & the score (the score part I have done). The info to save will not be saved in the same place as the original info.

Put a button on test page. Once the test is completed, the button is clicked and record is saved. You would need a macro to save the information
