I can't burn dvd in Matshita dvd ram uj-850s

Hello,

I am trying to burn movies from my laptop to dvd through the Matshita UJ-850s but it is showing error and not accepting the burning although I can play dvd movies. The driver version is showing as 5.1.2535.0 and while trying to update it is showing as the updated version. I am a novice and have no proper knowledge on software or hardware.

Please help.
