I can't download anything!!

Hello,
even though i have made sure that my internet options have enabled me to download, the loading screen comes up, i run the download, it works but then i cannot find it ANYWHERE on my computer, this is whats happeened with msn, it broke so i uninstalled it, now i cant get it back.

Please helps me, i'd be so thankful.

Hi Jenn

I am pretty sure that whatever you downloaded is in your computer.

Have you tried to use the "search" utility? For most, by default, files are downloaded into "My documents".

In the future, when the download window appears, look at the top for its destination. You can easily change it to your desktop which I recommend to be the best place to download. Also, I suggest to always to choose save rather than open or run.
