Youtube on Micromax q3 Closed

Hello,
I wanted to know how I could view youtube videos on the miicromax q3. everytime i click on the youtube video on the WAP it says unsubscribed scheme. Can someone please also tell me how to download the flash player and how i can listen to online music such as raaga.com on it. thanks
