F1 key problem

Hello,
I have a problem with a 16-bit DOS application installed in XP environment that use F1 key to search...when I press F1 key it exit the program...how can i disable F1 key in XP (help) during the execution in DOS...need help on this...

Hi there,

F1 is for help and F3 for search and when using software it has other functions.
