Replace Cell Ref with its Name

Hello,

I have a multi-worksheet workbook. There are eight 'Output' sheets that are similar and use cell references in their formula. These cell references refer to the 'Data' worksheet.

I have now given range names to the relevant cells in 'Data'. What I would like to do is replace the cell references in my 'Output' sheets with the relevant range name without having to do this manually using find replace.
