can't open folderClosed

Hello,

my friend got a trouble. she couldn't open any folder from C: or D:. When sehe wanted to open it, it will appeared text Window can not find recycler.com. And all of her folders became shortcuts. Do anyone know the solution? tyvm

it can't, looks like it was caused by virus. i have tried to scan it but no detection.
