upgrade of ram Closed

I have an Intel 945 GCCR(b) Motherboard with 1 GB DDR2 Ram of transcand and i am thinking of upgrading the ram. my proccesser is pentium 4 now i am thinking to upgrade the ram 1 to 3 GB can i upgrade ram for my computer? is it not harmpull to my computer please suggest me.

Hi there,

To upgrade Ram you need to put with the same frequency else it will be harmful,download Cpuz from link below which will give you frequency as well as the maximum of memory which can be added to your motherboard:
