How to solve svchost.exe -application error

Hello,
I have problem with my windows some times there appears an error like :

svchost.exe - Application Error
---------------------------
The instruction at "0x71ab6955" referenced memory at "0x71ab6955". The memory could not be "written".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
---------------------------
OK Cancel
