No start menu appeared only my documents

Hello,
When i opened my computer the start menu is not indicated as before on the left down corner...only the file "my documents' in the desk top.
can you help me please????

Please press the Windows button on your keyboard to see whether you get to access to it. Please indicate for further help. If still the matter doesn't get solved, please access to your account in safe mode and carry out a System Restore.
