Help usb virus how to remove

Hello,
good day to all, my officemate had problems with her usb flash drive. its a 2Gig Kingston.
she can't locate her files anymore and strange folders and files appeared in it.
3gig files, 2gig files. etc....

any solutions on removing it? if its a virus? thanks to all!
