Networking/remove one pc from the network

Hello,

i have a problem with our network,most of the time the server can not find the other pc even if it is already in use,worst is our password can not be recognised everytime we log in, i want to remove one pc from the network.what process will i do?pls do give your friendly advise to me .thank youo much
