Brightness contrast

Hello,sir
my pc shows a problem like there is as if one increases and decreases the brightness contrast
it keeps changing for sometime and automatically it stops and also my pc restarts automatically after 30- 40 mins sir plssssssssssssss help mee plsssssssssssss
