GPRS with ilink duo phone

Hello,
dear customer support
i have the ilink mobile phone
i have also a sim card with GPRS enabled from the ntk
but the problem is that i am not able to browse the net using my sim and the ilink phone
i have tested the sim card with another phone but it works
so pls help me so that i can configure the mobile phone to work gprs
i am located in Ethiopia and the access point is etc.com
if there is provide for me an ip address or some thing
