GPRS with ilink duo phone Closed

Hello,
dear customer support
i have the ilink mobile phone 
i have also a sim card with GPRS enabled from the ntk
but the problem is that i am not able to browse the net using my sim and the ilink phone
i have tested the sim card with another phone but it works
so pls help me so that i can configure the mobile phone to work gprs
i am located in Ethiopia and the access point is etc.com
if there is provide for me an ip address or some thing

Dear Sir,

There might be some problems with the configuration settings. Please consider contacting your network provider in order to obtain the right settings and get it activated on the phone.

i am in ethiopia i have china mobile phone with tv , so haw can i use gprs please tell me when i open home page it says "error in communication" haw can i use tell me ip adress and so on
