No doc at end of desktop document title

Hello,
I have a doc word document in my email that I tried to copy to my desktop. There's no "copy to" in Outlook Express so how do I get it to my desktop with the doc extension showing?

Hello,

I suggest you open the document and then "save as" but to your desktop.
