when i start my pc an alert message apears which reads " you may be a victim of software counterfeiting this copy of windows did not pass genuine windows validation "
asking me to register.please advise me to solve the problem

Hello,

The warning you are getting comes from Windows Genuine Advantage which to protect Windows copyright. I suggest you validate your copy.

There is a way to remove the warning but that would be at your own risk and peril.
