Downloading wireless broadband driver

Hello,
I've installed a new hard drive in my dell laptop and have re-installed the windows vista operating system, without problems.
I wish to connect to the internet, however, I dont appear to have drivers for a wireless broadband connection. I therefore cannot download the drivers. All I can find online for driver updates require my PC to be connected to the internet. I'd like to download the correct driver to a USB and then copy to my PC.
Any suggestions?


(Note: I had to replace my hard drive thanks to a corrupt sector in original disc- thanks Dell ! And for ages I thought it was a software virus/ issue- now warranty has expired.)
