Reliance net connect driver is not accepted

Hello,
I have SONY, VGN-11H, laptop, bought in UK, in 2006. Lately I bought a Reliance net connect broadband +, pulg and play instrument, which is ZTE USB modem. But whenever I insert this into the usb driver, the system restarts with blue screen, which makes me doubt about the driver update. Nothing wrong in the netconnect instrument, as it operates well in other systems, can anyone answer me to my id, sathiaseelank@yahoo.com
