Find and replace cells with new figures

Hello,

I would like to creat a macro that could modify specific cells with new figues, I have 2 sheets, one is the data base from column A to G and the second the criteria as under:

A B C D E F G
SIN Ticker Name Yield BALANCED Dynamic Agressive
ABD DDD MSFT 1% 2% 3% 4%

The idea is the fields from D to G might be modified and therefore should be changed in the sheets databse
so the macro should go and find the Isin (ABD) in sheets database and replace the figures from D to G only.

That would be great if you could help me.
