I have an HP Pavilion dv2815nr. I went to turn off my laptop this evening and the power button would not work to shut it down. I pressed and held the button for a while and it would not work. So I shut down through windows. Now I can't get it to power up. I can push and hold the button but it won't respond. I get a blue light where the power cord plugs in so I believe I'm getting power. Also, the battery was charged as well.
I've tried disconnecting the power and the battery and holding the power switch. Still no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated.
