Hi i just made a hotmail account and i forgot my password and my secret answer..dont no how but i did can anybody help me ? i have really important stuff on it and i really really need it...plz help me

Please contact the specific email service provider's support and explain them the difficulty that you are having to see whether you can get an alternative solution.
