Unab;le to make call on my china mobile E71

Hello,
I have my china phone E71 having a problem that is unable to make Outgoing and Incoming calls but it can still recieve incoming and outgoing messages.
Anyone have the best idea do PM me with my e address.

Dear Nerie,

Please check with the distributor whether the mobile phone needs to be unlocked in order to be able to be used.
