Iphone problem

Hello,

i have a problem with my iphone...or maybe its my laptop..not too sure...but anyways,

when i connect my iphone to my laptop and go to "my computer" and an error appears and says,

"windows explore has stopped working, windows is checking for a solution to the problem

Hi there,

Reinstall itunes as it may be infected by a virus thus making it not function correctly when device is connected.
