Sony Vaio bootmgr is missing,NO OS found

Hello,

This will be a challenge guys as Sony has not been able to work it right in 4 weeks.

My problem started with bootmgr is missing "press alt+cltrl+del"

tried downloading windows vista with neosmart/torrent etc but the cd will no read as I get the prompt no OS in the recovery options.

I have tried lots of forums...million requests to Sony but it falls on deaf ears.Is there a genius out there to help me out...!!!!
