Excel Formulae - value of row above

Hello,

I have to rows of values as shown below

1 G F E D C B A A*
2 1 5 8 25 9 10 15 12
3
4
5

I want an Excel formulae that will look along row 2 and find the max values and then give me the value in the cell above this max value.
