Hello,
i have a dell computer (inspiron 531S) and have a user password to log in to the computer. and i put the password in and it wont log me in. it says "the user profile service servis failed to longon. user profile cannot be loader". what can i do?

can you tell me if its on windows os else its a software by dell itself?

if its windows password itself then you can crack the password by enterning in safe mode and then in the administrator account. in the bios options also you can reset the password but first of all can you tell me where did you put the password?
