Mp5 problems

my mp5 will not turn on and will not be read by computer what should i do? Please help.

Hi there,

Try changing the battery and also the usb data cable then connect to pc in different usb ports.If still not detected test it on other computers.

Hi joel.

What you mean by not working?its not turning on ,you cannot listen to music or what?please explain it with more information,

when i connect the usb to the computer , there are options , first is POWER&DATA secont is POWER&PLAY and the last is USB CHARGE.... i wnat to download some games but when i chose the first option , it was busy and not connected ...
