Help me.... what is the format themes for e71

i have a "P mobile E71 pro" chine mobile.
i am unable to open the themes with Format *.sis.
pl let me know, which format is suitable for this mobile.
or any converter software is required for this?
at present i am able connect to PC and copy the files to my mobile.
please help me.
