Screen problem

My Acer one aspire ZG5 has a screen problem. Only 2/3rds of the screen is appearing, the other 1/3rd on the right side is completely black, but the whole screen info is present when scrolling left to right and up and down. I tried reinstalling the os but to no avail. Can anyone out there help me with this problem? Thanks for replying....Andy

Hi there,

If after reinstalling os its same then definitely its a hardware issue and screen needs to be replaced or hook an external monitor to it and use.
