Is there any reason these three items would not be compatible?
- G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL - Retail
- AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor
- MSI 790FX-GD70 AM3 AMD 790FX ATX AMD Motherboard
The memory says its for a P55 motherboard, but I haven't been able to figure out what exactly that is, and I'm also not sure if the bios will be compatible between the motherboard and CPU (Without having to change bios version).
Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions!

Hi there,
When adding memory to system board or changing, you need to use same frequency, cpuz is a software which will help you for frequency and the amount of ram which will be supported on your motherboard, download it from link below:
