Samsung c5212

I am having a Samsung c5212 Phone.
Whenever i transfer the files to memory card it gives me "Not Supported Content" Error.
Whether that is using a USB Cord or Bluetooth
Files i tried to transfer is mp3 or wma Files which is supported by Phone as per specifications

Dear Dhana,

Normally these types of files are supported on this kind of phone, please consider upgrading its firmware or restoring it to factory settings.
