Hi there,
First of all use only one memory in one slot,start pc with it make a shutdown,then remove memory from first slot shift to second restart system ,then same process with only one memory to know of the slots are good or damaged. Then use cpuz to get the amount of maximum of ram which is supported by system,download it on link below:
