Copying files that are over 4Gb

I have a 1TB harddisk. It was formatted to FAT32, but now I cannot copy a file from my laptop to the harddisk. I zipped it and tried to unzip it on the harddisk, but nearly at the end I get an error saying that the file is too big.

Does anyone have a solution? My laptop works with Vista.
