My msn will not work ?

heey there.
My friend sent an website adress to me so i clicked it and it came up with the run or save page , i clicked run. Now my msn has some sort of virus thing and is now letting me sign in just not letting me talk to anyone and sends them this every time :

and i love going on webcam with my friends but ebuddy and stuff like that dont let you do that so i need help to know how to fix this. I have a HP notebook laptop and its program is vista. If you can tell me how to uninstall this , that would be great.
