I purchased Microsoft Office Professional 2007. After installing the program i receive pop ups saying my version is not genuine. After calling Microsoft and speaking to someone that couldn't speak English, i was sent to some instructions on how to remove the suite and re installing the program. Upon installation it says my Product Key is not valid and asks me to retype which doesn't work either. The product key i used was on a sticker (Dell/Microsoft certificate of authenticity 25 digits in a 5 sequences or series of numbers and letters) I don't want to lose what i paid good money for. Can you help me? Thanks!

I would go back to the source that you purchased the software from and take it up with them.

The key that you are entering, is this on a label on the side/bottom/top of your PC?

If so, this is not the key for office, this would be the key for the O/S installed on the computer.

The key would normally be in with the documentation that came with the Software / computer. (either stuck to the cd case, or on a booklet)
