Hello,
Im in search of a processor of about 5ghz and im thinking about a core2duo T8300 which means I can get a speed of 2x2.4ghz = 4.8ghz running under a frequency of 800mhz with 3mb cache memory but cant I get one which is more powerful. I want to play games like call of duty on it which is really demanding any help?

Hi,
For these 4.8ghz it is for a total processing power but for an application to take all the advantage of this processor it had had to been developed with multi cores and of course you will benefit the advantage of it when multi tasking.
