Youtube wont load or display pictures

My youtube wont load, the thing is that that the video upload normaly at good speed , but when you try to open the website its loading for minutes.

Also the other thing with youtube is that it wont display any pictures at all, it just shows an red x at the top left hand corner.

Hi there,

What is the browser in use?Do you have flash player installed?Please give more information.
