CONCATENATE multiple rows into one row excel

Please need help in macro,

I have thousands of data from .txt to .xls.

Example of data

value Description
gem-967869 CPT4\HCPCS Code 82331 cannot be present
CPT4\HCPCS Code
cannot be present with CPT4\HCPCS Code 81000 or 81015 for the same Service Date

GEN-2174 CPT4\HCPCS Code 82310 cannot be present with CPT4\HCPCS Code 82331 for the sam
e Service Date
*************************************************************************

GEN-2175 CPT4\HCPCS Code 82331 cannot be present with CPT4/HCPCS Code 82330 for the sam
e Service Date
*************************************************************************
I want to merge all description line which are in one cell.

I might need macro for that please some one help me. I do not need Row with ********** value.

How can one say that a particular description is on multiple line. May be if you could post a sample file at some share site like https://authentification.site and post a link here, it would be easier to see how data looks like and what needs to bedone

Particular discripiton is in different rows from database.

What I am trying to say is that what you pasted above in the example. I for one am not able to tell where is the data that needs to be combined and which data is to be left alone. That is one of the reasons I suggested that you upload to a shared site a book with sample data both as it would be and how it should be once the macro runs

Sorry I can not able to upload file right now as https://authentification.site is blocked at my work. I will go home and upload the file for information. Thank you for the approach I will upload a file after 4 hours.
