Samsung PC Studio locked my Micro Sd card

I recently just bought a 2gb PNY micro sd card and whenever i would try to transfer anything on to it using PC Studio something would pop up and say that Studio can not read my card. so i tried to disconnect it and locked my card. It does not show up on my phone or when i connect it to a computer but whenever i put it in other peoples phones it says memory card locked enter password... or someting along those lines.
please help me fix this i have a lot of information on that card that i need.
I have a Samsung Memoir it that helps solve the problem.

This world work fine, but i have a Samsung Memoir i do not have any of those files "file manager" or "system folders," on my phone. when i open the main menu i have a setting folder and in that i do not have a systems folder. so if you know of a way i can do this for my phone {Samsung T929/ Memoir) I would really appreciate it.
