Softwares dos'nt Pass through window loging t

Softwares dos'nt Pass through window loging test. So I am feeling problem to Install any Softwares. Nerow 7,Nerrow 8 Does not install .But Some Other Software installed Succesfully. E-Mail Id

Dear Satnam,

The problem might actually be coming from its compatibility to your operating system. Please indicate what specific software it is and also the operating system that you are using.

Respected Sir!
I am using windows xp2 and My computer processor is "intel(R) core(TM) 2 due.
when i install nero7 or nro 8 a massage appere "software cannot pass window
loging test.. but Other some software install succesfully as Mp3 players,Video
converter etc but nero cannot install.
