MP3 Rocket, or Vuze or Ares will not connect

Hey guys just wanting some help, I have purchased these 3 music download programs and none will connect to allow me to download music. I turned the firewall off i my computer and it still made no difference. Any ideas ? maybe it my wireless connection I not sure?
