respected sir i have a desktop of ur company with athlon 64 and i have a problem since i have a lack of the sound driver and grafic card driver so plzzzzzzzzzz help me as soon as possible

What is the motherboard model and are sound and graphic on board or external?Please provide mentioned information ,also you can use driver detective to get the drivers:
