How to avoid checking mails by avg antivirus

I have installed a free AVG antivirus in my system.I also use Msoutlook-2007 to send/receive my mails.after completion of Avg trial period when i send any mail at the send of message "it is showing that ur avg data base is out of date please update".I tried to uninstall the Avg but it was not uninstalled.Then i went to registry and i removed some Avg registryfiles.the avg was removed from my system but when send any mail "at the end of the message,it is showing that Ur avg database is out of date,please update.

please some one tell me how to remove the message when I send a mail.
