moniter goes into sleep mode on and off Closed

Question

i have a brand new compaq presario and the moniter goes to sleep on and off while i am using it. the moniter displays no vga signal if i turn it on . i allready changed to sleep never.can you help me. janet

Please check whether there is no virus causing the specific trouble that you are experiencing and hence remove it through your virus application.
