How to fix my msn :S ??

heeey x my is not workin at the moment as when the person i am talkin to writes somthing and sends it i cant read what thier typing as a we * comes up above the bullet point and it doesnyt show my writing either .... :S ? p.s i am not making a new msn as i have to many addies to loose :S
