Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended Version Cue

Hey,
I have Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended , I installed it on an external hard drive , it worked good , since the Common files were stored into the computer hard drive, including Version Cue, but now after a computer format , all these common files were terminated alson Version Cue, and when I run PS from my hard drive it tells me it can't find the Version Cue Dll

Error Message : Cannot find this specified Modul : C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Version Cue CS4\Client\4.0.0\VersionCue.DLL

Would you guys please tell me where can I find these Version Cue files ? it seems the problem might be solved by reinstalling Adobe , or getting these files from a website or another Computer that's running PS.

Hey Ash
Thank you for the Link, I placed it on the appropriate directory , but when I run PS it tells me " Could not complete your request"
What can I do !!?
