Hello,...i started the computer and then i ran antivirus program...after finished it asked for restart the computer. And I did then a screen poped up saying "start the windows normally"...and stuck on the boot up or somthing...then the loding poped up and quickly went to restart again. I tried again and pressed start normally...and did the same thing....tried it so many time....
i tried to reboot it too but didn't work too cuz of my cd rom
Please consider getting to safe and indicate whether you can get to it. From there you may see whether there is any error on your system and hence use your Repair disk to solve the matter.
