my media players Closed

Question

pls my there are no sounds from ma laptop and all d media players are not workin,what can i do

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Dear Joey, 

The sound driver might be missing. Please confirm the issue from your Device manager and hence get the sound driver installed for the sound system to work properly.
