Is it under the 'hidden icon button'? If not try going to your control panel look under sound and see if you can adjust your audio settings there. Another fix is that some keyboards have sound buttons you could try. And laptop also have buttons around them for audio. Also make sure that your speakers or your headset is plugged in correctly. But Control Panel is your best bet.
