Need to install thai language in pc laptop

please let me know is my pc laptop at the, regional and language option,
not have thai language how to do for install? and can download from where?

Dear Sir,

Please get the available language packs at the following official website and hence download it and install it. Then get to the Regional and Language settings and change the language.
